What is All Season Acrylic Additive?

A 100% liquid acrylic polymer modifier used as a bonding agent and admixture.

What does All Season Acrylic Additive do?

When mixed with Xcel Texture Mix this 100% proprietary liquid acrylic polymer combines to create an ultra-durable, decorative overlay surface. The special blend of acrylic polymers in Acrylic Additive make thin section overlayments resist breakdown due to weathering and helps them cure to an extremely tough surface that will not check, crack or break up.

Acts as a bonding agent for thin overlay systems

Acrylic Additive is also used as a bonding agent for thin systems. Applied to a clean, stable concrete substrate, All Season Acrylic Additive creates the ideal mechanical bond for thin overlay systems.

Acrythane

What is Acrythane Sealer?

A two component, low viscosity acrylic urethane. It is used as a primer or sealer over a varierty of surfaces.

Does Acrythane Sealer do?

U.V. stable for exterior applications, cures rapidly and is easily recoated with both solvent-based and water based polyurethanes. Gives a hard, high gloss surface that offers excellent stain resistance and cleanability. Can also be used as a tie over difficult to adhere to surface such as polyester urethane and solvent based acrylic sealers.

All-Purpose Citrus Cleaner

What is All-Purpose Citrus Cleaner?

All-Purpose Citrus Cleaner is formulated to clean a variety of concrete surfaces including unfinished concrete and decorative overlayments. This all-around, general purpose cleaner will be your favorite for regular maintenance, clean-ups and preparation for decorative surface installations.

What does All-Purpose Citrus Cleaner do?

Cleans any concrete surface…great for sidewalks, walkways, driveways, garages, patios and pool decks, quick clean-ups and deep cleaning preps.

Aqua Stain

What is Aqua Stain?

A coloring stain with superb penetration characteristics designed for use on decorative overlayments and concrete surfaces.

What does Aqua Stain do?

Allows you to add decorative coloring combinations to all concrete surfaces. Adds vibrant color to any concrete surface, including decorative overlayments and new or existing concrete. The unique water-borne, acrylic based, penetrating formula, adds color with excellent ultraviolet, abrasion, alkaline, and pollution resistance.

Easy to apply

Aqua Stain can be applied in a one, two or three coat process, using a brush, roller, or spray technique. Available in a variety of colors, including a neutral base for in-the-field custom tinting.

Excellent adhesion to concrete, cementitious surfaces.

Bubblegum Release

What is Bubblegum Release?

A liquid releasing agent with a unique scent of bubblegum. Specially formulated to reduce you installation time and help you create cleaner, more beautiful results in Xcel stamped overlayments.

What does Bubblegum Release Do?

As a bond breaker, Bubblegum Release reduces residue build-up on stamping mats–allowing you to stamp faster with quicker clean ups. Less build-up on tools and expensive mats means extended tool life with fewer dollars invested in your tools.

Reduces overall residue on jobs

Brighter colors, clearer patter definition and more professional results means happier customers and more referrals.

Easy to use

Convienient, 5 gallon resealable pail is easy to handle. Clear, colorless formula won’t modify or dull the colors you want to achieve. Great bubblegum aroma will make this product your favorite. Clear Glaze

What is Clear Glaze Sealer?

This versatile product can be used two ways to save you time and money. When mixed with Xcel Top Coat it makes an excellent translucent tint base, ideal for creating unique color effects on overlayments before sealing. Straight out of the pail it is a light duty water-based acrylic sealer for residential stamped, troweled and stained Xcel overlayments. This quick drying product is specially formulated to save you time on the jobsite.

How is Xcel Clear Glaze used with Xcel staining systems?

When used as a tint base, this flexible material is perfect for adding artistic highlights and deep accents on decorative surfacing.

As a sealer it creates a beautiful sealed surface that is easy to clean Good wear resistance in foot traffic areas; extends the life and beauty of your work. Clear, colorless formula won’t dull or hide the stain highlights you’ve created. Sealed finish resists deep penetration stains. Makes spills and regular cleaning a breeze.

Easy to use

When used as a sealer, use straight out of the pail…no measuring needed. When used as a tint base, mix with Xcel Top Coat and apply with a sponge, ragging or dry brush technique for beautiful effects. No special tools required. Fast and easy to install with a brush, roller or airless sprayer. Dries fast and can be recoated for extra durability. Cleans up quickly with soap and warm water. Convenient 5 gallon and 1 gallon resealable pails are easy to handle.

Deep Level Concrete Repair

What is Deep-Level Concrete Repair?

An innovative two-part, polymer modified cement patching material. Part A is our proven Xcel Acrylic Additive. Part B is Deep Level mortar base. When mixed, the two create a remarkably strong concrete repair material. This easy to use product will become your favorite patching material for filling areas up to 1” deep on any clean horizontal concrete surface.

What does Deep-Level Concrete Repair do?

Fills, repairs and levels horizontal surfaces. Our versatile formula can be used to repair low spots, spalls and even joint shoulders for professional results.

Fix problem slabs

When used as a leveling underlayment, you’ll create a surface ideal for Xcel decorative surfacing systems. Works great for tile and stone too!

Waterproof for interior or exterior use

This versatile material is great for interior and exterior concrete repairs. Although it is not intended to be used as a vapor barrier, it has excellent waterproof performance in the wettest repair locations.

EEF Factor

What is EFF Factor?

EFF Factor is a waterborne specialty hybrid emulsion sealer, incorporating proprietary performance enhancing chemistries; designed specifically for concrete and decorative overlayment flooring applications. EFF Factor sealer is low VOC and has excellent water blushing and adhesion characteristics.

What does EFF Factor do?

EFF Factor provides excellent efflorescence resistance as well as chemical, water, and stain resistance on all concrete or decorative overlayment applications. EFF Factor can also be used on masonry surfaces where efflorescence inhibiting is desired.

Easy to apply

EFF Factor two-coat application process can be brush, roller, or spray applied.

Epoxy Crack Treatment

What is Epoxy Crack Treatment?

An innovative concrete crack treatment formulated as a semi-rigid, non-sag gel that gives you more control when making small repairs. It’s easy to install and stays where you want it.

What does Epoxy Crack Treatment do?

Fills and repairs horizontal and vertical non-moving cracks. Control joints, cracks and saw cuts (up to ½” wide), can be easily treated with this durable epoxy filler.

Supports edges

The flexible gel additive in this material helps it bond to smooth and rough surfaces providing added support to edges reducing future cracks.

Insensitive to moisture

Advanced resistance to water allows you to use Epoxy Crack Treatment in the wettest repair locations. (Not for use in underwater repair situations)

Easy to use

Convenient, two-part 22oz. dual cartridge fits standard double plunger epoxy gun for easy installation and added control when filling small cracks.

Grip Slip-Resistant Additive

What is Grip Slip Resistant Additive?

A durable, easy-to-use ceramic bead used as an additive to reduce slippery situations in wet areas or inclines. With Grip you can be confident your jobs are as safe as they are beautiful.

What does Grip Slip Resistant Additive do?

Grip can be used to create a slip resistant surface on most concrete and decorative surfaces.

Added Grip when wet

For pool decks, around fountains, inclined driveways, walkways and patios. Any surface will benefit from a little extra Grip.

Easy on the feet

Won’t effect your colors

When used according to directions, Grip won’t modify or dull the colors you want to achieve.

Approximately 1 – 1 1/2 tablespoons per gallon of  Top Coat or Selaer for a lighter grip and 3 oz per gallon of Topcoat or Sealer for a heavier grip.

What is Heavy-Duty Cleaner & Degreaser?

This extra strength cleaner is specifically formulated to clean and degrease concrete. Heavy Duty Concrete Cleaner will break down deep stains especially with jobs where degreasing is an issue.

What does Heavy-Duty Cleaner & Degreaser do?

Breaks down grease and oil stains. Unlike most cleaners this heavy duty cleaner penetrates deep to dissolve set-in oil and grease stains.

What is High Gloss Acrylic Sealer?

A durable solvent based clear coat sealer, specially formulated to be ultraviolet and water resistant for interior and exterior jobs.

What Does High Gloss Acrylic Sealer do?

What does SMP 5000 do?

Mix with Stamp mix to create extremely strong decorative overlay surfaces. A longer working time enhanced hydration and superior impression transfer from mat to overlay.

What is Stamp Mix?

A stamp overlayment consisting of silica sands, proprietary additives and cement specially formulated for use on any interior/exterior concrete substrate.

What does Stamp Mix do?

When mixed with Xcel SMP 5000, Stamp Mix creates an extremely durable stamped overlay surface. Stamp Mix resists breakdown due to weathering and forms an extremely tough surface (exceeding 5000 psi compressive strength) that will not shrink, check, crack or break up.

Texture Mix can be used with standard knockdown textures or custom surfaces to realistically simulate stone, tile, slate or anything the imagination can create.
